UPDATE - 14 November 2024
We are pleased to provide you with an update regarding the progress of your lot in Stage 41 at Riverwalk and the revised settlement timeline.
Civil works for Stage 41 are moving forward, with recent asphalting of the internal roads now completed. While the civil construction continues, Development Victoria is coordinating with relevant stakeholders to finalise the remaining interface works and services required for the Stage 41 Statement of Compliance.
However, unforeseen challenges with the relocation of existing services to accommodate the new intersection on Geelong Road have caused delays. As a result, we have revised the expected timeline for completion of Stage 41.
We now anticipate that civil construction will be completed by February 2025, with the Statement of Compliance and settlements projected for March 2025. Please note that these dates are approximate, and we will keep you updated regularly through the Riverwalk Connect portal on any further changes.
As a reminder, settlements will occur within 14 days of title registration.
We understand that these adjustments may cause some inconvenience, and we truly appreciate your patience and continued understanding as we work to complete construction efficiently and safely.
