Stage 35A

All 48 appointment timeslots for the sales release of Stage 35A at Riverwalk have been exhausted and the online booking processes has now closed.

If you have selected an available timeslot and entered your contact details, you will receive an email confirming your phone appointment time with our Sales Consultants on either Monday 24 or Tuesday 25 January.

Please ensure you are available at your allocated timeslot. If the Sales Consultant is unable to make contact with you, they will move on to the next appointment, you will lose your spot and go to the back of the queue. Note: it is advised that you preselect more than 1 lot should your preferred lot be sold prior to your allocated appointment time.

We wish you the best of luck with securing a lot, however, please understand that there is likely to be more potential purchasers than available lots, so you may not be successful on this occasion.   

Stage 35A at Riverwalk will go on sale from 11am Monday January 24 to 5pm Tuesday January 25. To purchase, you will need to book a phone appointment with our Sales Consultant.

How to purchase land (phone appointment)

1. In order to secure your lot, you will need to book a phone appointment with our Sales Consultant.  Appointment times are available from 11am to 5pm on Monday 24 or Tuesday 25 January.
2. Virtual appointment booking timeslots open on Friday 21 January at 11am, booking times will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Note: you cannot book an appointment timeslot prior to 11am on Friday 21 January. Only 1 appointment timeslot will be available per household.
3. Once you have selected an available timeslot and entered your contact details, you will receive an email confirming your phone appointment time. Our Sales Consultant will call you at your allocated timeslot to arrange the purchase of your preferred lot in Stage 35A. 
4. Please ensure you are available at your allocated timeslot. If the Sales Consultant is unable to make contact with you, they will move on to the next appointment and you will lose your spot and go to the back of the queue.
5. Note: it is advised that you preselect more than 1 lot should your preferred lot be sold prior to your allocated appointment time.
6. We will take a total of 48 appointments. This will provide the opportunity for lots that have not been taken up in earlier appointments, to be offered to people lower in the queue.
