Stage 36A

Stage 36A at Riverwalk will go on sale from 11am Tuesday 14 June to 5pm Wednesday 15 June. 

Ideally positioned moments away from Riverwalk Primary School and Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten, residents in Stage 36 will enjoy immediate connectivity to amenity.

Lots in Stage 36A are sized from 208m² to 667m² 

To purchase a lot, you will need to book an appointment. Appointment Booking Timeslots must be made via our online system during the Booking Period.

Booking Period opens: 11am Friday 10 June

Appointment Booking Timeslots: 11am – 4:45pm on Tuesday 14 June and Wednesday 15 June

Ensure you are available at your allocated time; it is advised that you preselect more than 1 lot should your preferred lot be sold prior to your appointment.
Please make yourself familiar with the terms, conditions and procedure below.
*Please note, you are not permitted to enter the appointment booking process if you have purchased a lot at Riverwalk within the six months prior to the release of this stage.

We wish you the best of luck with securing a lot, however, please  understand that there is likely to be more potential purchasers than available lots, so you may not be successful on this occasion.
