Biosis Pty Ltd (Biosis) was commissioned by Development Victoria (DV) to prepare an annual compliance report for Werribee Riverwalk residential development (Riverwalk). This report determines historic, current and ongoing compliance with the Conditions of Approval (the Conditions) under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act) (EPBC Approval: 2006/3176) in relation to Riverwalk.
