Title Registration has been achieved on Riverwalk Stage 30! 

Development Victoria is in the process of notifying your conveyancer and preparations can be made for settlement by no later than Wednesday 27th July 2022.

UPDATE - 8 July 2022

Development Victoria is pleased to confirm that Statement of Compliance has been issued for Stage 30 at Riverwalk.

The Plan of Subdivision will shortly be lodged at Land Use Victoria for registration, with titles expected by 15th July 2022. Please note that this timeframe is only an estimate and dependent on Land Use Victoria.

Further notification will be provided once Titles have been issued. Purchasers are reminded that you have 14 days from Title Registration Notification to arrange settlement, however you may arrange with your conveyancer to book settlement earlier.

UPDATE - 31 May 2022

Your lot in Stage 30 at Riverwalk is now ready for valuation.

Please contact your bank lender to have their nominated valuer visit your lot, which can be accessed on Friday 3rd June from 10am – 12pm.  Access outside the day/times indicated above will not be possible as the fencing around Stage 30 lots will be locked.

Access for your valuer to inspect your lot is to be coordinated by scheduling a time with Clinton Gardiner (Site Foreman) on 0400 500 546 or Daniel Ponte (Project Manager) on 0437 357 967. Access to site is prohibited unless confirmation has been made with one of the site representatives.

Please advise your valuer to wear appropriate personal protect equipment (PPE), only utilise asphalted roads for access and to take caution when accessing your land as there may be some final construction items outstanding.

Final topsoiling works are now being completed and Statement of Compliance activities are scheduled to commence next week.

Electrical installation and laneway concreting is now completed, with footpath and crossover concreting and Class 2 FCR and underway. Following footpath and crossover concreting and Class 2 FCR, asphalting works and topsoiling will commence.

Road boxing, agi drains, road crossings and Class 3 FCR works are now completed, and electrical trenching and laneway concreting is underway. Following electrical trenching and laneway concreting, Class 2 FCR and asphalting works will commence.

UPDATE - 21 February 2022 

Drainage and watermain works have now completed, with road boxing works underway. Following road boxing, subgrade and capping works will commence in late-February.

UPDATE - 8th September 2021

Development Victoria is pleased to confirm that Bulk Earthwork activities are due to commence on Friday 10th September. A pre-commencement meeting has been organised with Council and all approvals granted for the subdivision works to commence. Development Victoria will continue to monitor the progress of works and update this portal as necessary.
