Title Registration has been achieved on Riverwalk Stage 45!

Development Victoria will be notifying your conveyancer and preparations can be made for settlement by no later than the 16th of June 2026.

UPDATE - 20 May 2026

Development Victoria is pleased to confirm that Statement of Compliance has been issued for Stage 45 at Riverwalk. 

The Plan of Subdivision will shortly be lodged at Land Use Victoria for registration, with titles expected in the next 1-2 weeks. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate only and ultimately dependent on Land Use Victoria’s processing timeframes.

Further notification will be provided once titles have been issued. Purchasers are reminded that you have 14 days from receiving the Title Registration notification to arrange settlement, however you may arrange with your conveyancer to book an earlier settlement.

UPDATE - 21 April 2026

Stage 45 has achieved practical completion and your lot is now ready for a valuation inspection.

Please contact your lender to have their nominated valuer visit your lot within the following timeslots:

  • Tuesday 28th - Thursday 30th of April between 10am - 2pm; and
  • Tuesday 5th - Thursday 7th of May between 10am - 2pm.

Access outside the dates indicated above will not be possible as the fencing around the stage will be locked.

Please have your valuer notify  Clinton Gardner (0400 500 546) prior to arrival. Access will be prohibited unless prior contact has been made.

Valuers are required to wear appropriate personal protect equipment (PPE), utilise asphalted roads for access only and take caution when accessing your land as there may be some final construction items outstanding.

UPDATE - 3 MARCH 2026

We are writing to you to provide an update on the settlement timing for your purchased lot in Stage 45 at Riverwalk.

Civil construction at Stage 45 is continuing to progress well with installation of electrical and NBN services.

As civil works near completion, Development Victoria is working with relevant authorities to progress approvals before land is titled in Stage 45, which has resulted in revised estimated delivery timeframes.

Civil construction works for Stage 45 are currently forecast to be completed in May 2026, with Stage 45 title registration and settlements anticipated to occur in June 2026. Please note, the forecast timeframes are indicative only and we will provide regular updates on the Riverwalk Connect portal and eDMs to ensure the latest forecast timeframes for Stage 45 are communicated.

Please be advised that settlements are required within 14 days of title registration.

We continue to work with the relevant authorities to ensure these matters are rectified as soon as possible.
