UPDATE - 16 February 2022 

Title Registration has been achieved on Riverwalk Stage 23B! 

Development Victoria is in the process of notifying your conveyancer and preparations can be made for settlement by no later than Wednesday 2nd March 2022.

UPDATE - 3 February 2022 

Development Victoria is pleased to confirm that Statement of Compliance has been issued for Stage 23B at Riverwalk.

The Plan of Subdivision will shortly be lodged at Land Use Victoria for registration, with titles expected by mid-February 2022. Please note that this timeframe is only an estimate and dependent on Land Use Victoria.

Further notification will be provided once Titles have been issued. Purchasers are reminded that you have 14 days from Title Registration Notification to arrange settlement, however you may arrange with your conveyancer to book settlement earlier.

UPDATE - 6 January 2022 

The final Statement of Compliance approval is forecast to occur in mid-January 2022. Following Statement of Compliance being issued, the Plan of Subdivision will be lodged at Land Use Victoria for title registration.

Statement of Compliance activities are well progressed expected to be completed in early-December. Following Statement of Compliance being issued, the Plan of Subdivision will be lodged at Land Use Victoria for title registration.

UPDATE - 27 October 2021 

Construction works have now been completed. Statement of Compliance activities are now underway and expected to be completed in mid-November. Following Statement of Compliance being issued, the Plan of Subdivision will be lodged at Land Use Victoria for title registration.

UPDATE - 8 September 2021 

Development Victoria have addressed some post-construction comments from Council and re-commenced works on-site. Asphalt work is not complete with concrete to commence Friday 9th September and expected to take 3-weeks. Final site works and topsoiling will follow before we commence the Statement of Compliance activities in early-October.


UPDATE - 2 August 2021

Electrical & NBN works have now been completed along with kerb and channel.  Concrete paving works are due to commence this week with asphalt to follow

Topsoiling has also commenced and will be completed early this week.


UPDATE - 15 July 2021

Water reticulation and subgrade preparation works are now complete. Road crossings have also been completed along with road boxing and the capping layer. Kerbs have commenced and are due to be finished by the 16/07. Electrical and NBN works are booked to commence on the 22/07 with concrete paving expected to commence in early August.


UPDATE - 2 July 2021

Water reticulation is in its final stages of construction and is expected to be completed shortly, with testing to occur closer to the conclusion of the stage. Road construction is continuing, with class 3 sub-base expected to commence next week. Road crossing conduits and aggregate drainage are underway and will be completed shortly. 

In the coming weeks, road construction is scheduled to continue in addition to the commencement of electrical and NBN works.


UPDATE - 2 June 2021

Drainage pipes are not completed with only minor works to the pits to be completed towards the end of construction. Water mains are also completed with property service connections and testing to occur later. We’ve commenced road boxing and sub-grade preparation with improvements to the capping layer to be completed over the next fortnight. Concrete paving and top soiling has also commenced to the northern section of the stage. 


UPDATE - 20 May 2021

Drainage pipes and pits are 85% completed. Water reticulation installation has commenced and are due to be completed next week. Road boxing is due to commence shortly following by subgrade preparation and capping to follow within the next fortnight. Electrical crossings have also commenced and are due to be completed by the Queen's Birthday holiday.

 

May 2021

Construction has commenced with earthworks now 75% completed. Sewer and Drainage works have also commenced with water connections booked in for late-May.


UPDATE - APRIL 2021

We would like to provide a further construction update regarding the status of your land in Stage 23B. Development Victoria has been working closely with Wyndham City Council and we are pleased to confirm that the Engineering Plans have been endorsed by Council and construction of your lot has commenced.  

Bulk earthworks and the installation of sewer infrastructure has been completed and based on anticipated construction timeframes, we are targeting an August construction completion date with Statement of Compliance and Title Registration to follow. 

We acknowledge the delays have been frustrating for you. We appreciate your patience and look forward to completing the works and welcoming you to Riverwalk. As we progress with construction activities, we will be able to provide you with regular updates and drone photos via Riverwalk Connect.
