Updated Riverwalk Stage 27-29 Design Guidelines

Development Victoria has updated the Design Guidelines for Riverwalk Premium (Stages 27-29). The updated document is now available on Riverwalk Connect via the “Key Documents” section on each of the Stage 27, 28 and 29 pages and can also be accessed here. 

Purchasers are notified that these revised Design Guidelines supersede those previously issued and all builder submissions will be assessed against the new document from the date of this notification.
