In our most exciting news, Riverwalk has achieved a nationally-recognised environmental certification from the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA).
The UDIA's 'EnviroDevelopment' certification recognises leading-edge outcomes across six areas of sustainability; water, ecosystems, community, waste, materials and energy. Riverwalk was assessed in the master-planned community category and achieved certification in all six areas; which is great news for both Riverwalk and residents alike.
In the spirit of reconciliation, Development Victoria respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which Riverwalk is being built and developed. We recognise their continuing cultural heritage and connection to land. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present.
