New Release Process

	Secure Your Ticket: From 11am on Release Day, click on the provided link to reserve your Release Ticket. Tickets are free, but strictly limited and issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
	Wait for Our Call: Our sales team will contact each ticket holder in order of ticket registration. There is no physical event — everything happens by phone.
	Make Your Selection: During the call, you’ll be given the opportunity to choose and secure your preferred available lot.
	Tip:  Have a shortlist of preferred lots ready in case your first choice is no longer available.

What If You Miss Our Call?

• We’ll call you again after 10 minutes.
• If there’s still no answer, we’ll also send a text.
• If we don’t hear back promptly, we may need to move on to the next ticket holder - so please stay contactable on Release Day.

Please Note:

• Securing a ticket does not guarantee a lot - demand is high and lots are limited.
• You must register via the official ticket link (see below). The Riverwalk Team cannot issue tickets manually.
