Stage 43d at Riverwalk will go on sale from 11am Tuesday 15 April 2025. Stage 43d is part of the final land precinct at Riverwalk.
IMPORTANT
To purchase a lot, you will need to book an appointment. Appointment booking timeslots must be made via our online system during the booking period.
Booking Period opens: 11am Tuesday 15 April
Appointment Booking Timeslots: 11am – 5pm Wednesday 16 April
Ensure you are available at your allocated time; it is advised that you pre-select more than 1 lot should your preferred lot be sold prior to your appointment.
Please make yourself familiar with the terms, conditions and procedure below.
We wish you the best of luck with securing a lot, however, please understand that there is likely to be more potential purchasers than available lots, so you may not be successful on this occasion.
Please note appointments can only be booked via the below link, not by contacting the Riverwalk Team. Only one lot per client, per appointment is permitted unless all appointments are completed and there are lots left over. Appointments can be in person or online.
