Following recent announcements on easing of COVID-19 restrictions in line with the Victorian Government Roadmap, the Riverwalk Sales Centre will .

The Riverwalk Sales Centre will re-open on Saturday 30 October at 11am by appointment only subject to the following health and safety measures:

  • All people on site must be fully vaccinated
  • Everyone to check in via the QR code provided
  • Sanitise hands upon entering
  • Masks worn in the Sales Centre
  • Social distancing at 1.5m
  • Maximum density limit of 1 person per 4sqm will apply

Please note that based on current health advice we will only be allowing fully vaccinated customers to attend the Sales Centre in person. For unvaccinated customers, those with unknown vaccination status, or those who would prefer not to attend in person, there is an option to arrange a private online appointment.

Appointments are available 7 days a week between 11am and 5pm.  To make an appointment to speak with a sales consultant, either online or over the phone, please contact the Riverwalk Sales Centre by phone 03 8317 3478 or email.
