Riverwalk Village Centre

Work on an initial site within the future Riverwalk’s town centre precinct (Riverwalk Village Centre) is expected to commence in the second half of 2019, with an Expression of Interest process now open for a small lot within the precinct.

The site, within the 38,000 square metre Riverwalk Village Centre, is earmarked for commercial and residential development and will make up only three percent of the future Riverwalk Village Centre.

The sale of this first lot, while predominantly residential, signals the start of commercial development in the Riverwalk Village Centre and is an exciting development for the community.

As per the original and approved Riverwalk Development Plan, there are provisions for medium-density residential development within the Town Centre, which will include this initial site.

In the spirit of reconciliation, Development Victoria respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which Riverwalk is being built and developed. We recognise their continuing cultural heritage and connection to land. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present.
