New Land Sales Release Process

We are excited to announce that our land sales releases will now take place at the Riverwalk Sales Centre. 

Sales Release Process

• To purchase a lot, you will be required to attend the Sales Centre at the nominated time on the day of release. Note: no phone sales will be permitted on the day of release.
• Lot allocation will be based on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the high demand for land at Riverwalk, we recommend you select at least 2 preferred lots to avoid disappointment.
• Once you have selected your preferred lot, you will then be required to sign a contract and pay a 10% deposit. You must sign the contract in your own name or that of your company. All signatories must be present to sign on the day.
• Only 1 lot can be purchased per person. If you wish to purchase more than one lot, you may return to the end of the queue after your initial lot purchase.

This change will come into effect from our Stage 40B land release onwards.
