We understand a well-planned Town Centre is important to our residents at Riverwalk and we are currently in discussions with Council regarding the Town Centre. In the meantime, we are in the process of appointing a sales agent who will assist in the sale of the Town Centre land to an experienced developer with a track record of delivering these types of projects. More information will be provided to residents as soon as possible.
In the spirit of reconciliation, Development Victoria respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which Riverwalk is being built and developed. We recognise their continuing cultural heritage and connection to land. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present.
