Step 1 - Request that your client mentions your name and provide your contact details to the Riverwalk sales agent when they visit the Riverwalk Sales & Information Centre.
Step 2 - Your client fills out the Builder Referral Form, selects their preferred lot and pays a deposit.
Step 3 - Upon the contract the purchaser enters into becoming unconditional, your $5,000 Mastercard® gift card will be sent directly to you by the card issuer via Australia Post Registered mail or digitally by SMS.

The $5,000 referral offer applies to lots 4220, 4505, 4521, 4524, 4525, 4526, 4528, 4529 and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Offer commences 19/01/26 and ends 31/03/26 or until stock lasts. The Mastercard® gift card will be sent to the purchaser by Australia Post registered mail or digitally by SMS using the contact details notified. The bearer of the gift card is entitled to its face value of the card. Standard terms and conditions of the card issuer (including, but not limited to, any validity, expiry dates or activation requirements) apply to the use of the gift card.
